Service & Pricing Details Monthly Support & Monitoring Included: Continuous 24/7/365 remote monitoring, proactive patching, cloud security management, and unlimited helpdesk access. Standard Rate: $150 per workstation / month. Volume Discount (3+ Workstations): $100 per workstation / month. On-Site Service: Available on demand for physical hardware/network needs for an additional fee. Initial Onboarding Rate: $150 per workstation (one-time). Includes: Security scans, password consolidation, virus/cloud security deployment, remote-takeover setup, and asset inventory.
